Due to the nature of our products, and federal health regulations, all of our hair extensions and skin care products are final sale. Exchanges are only granted due to shipping in correct products. For example, if the product was not specified by the customer, including wrong length or texture, hair must not be altered or manipulated by the customer including: shampooing, conditioning, cutting or coloring, You must contact me within 2 business days after receiving your items to be issued an exchange for incorrect items. Product must be sent back at your expense, we recommend you use shipping provider with a signature confirmation and or insurance for your protection.
